Summer Series 2016

Get your legs moving and spirit lifted in this unique outdoor class for mom (no baby care arragements needed!) We'll start with an invigorating river walk or run (mom's choice), followed by a great yoga session out on one of the piers. Breathe deeply, build community and bond with baby-- all while nourishing your body and your spirit. 

All are welcome (strollers, babies in carrier, pregnant ladies, long time moms, etc). We only ask that babies be non-crawlers (or babes that will be happy staying in stroller), so you can actually enjoy the yoga.

Yoga mat not required but useful to bring if you have one. Also, bring along a little blanket to lay baby on if you want to take them out of stroller during yoga (optional moves will be offered to incorporate baby in as well).
